On July 17 our close friends, Uncle Pat & Auntie Glenda, had a baby girl, Kaleigh Marie McNamara.
Isn't she beautiful! She weighed 6lbs 5oz and was 18" long.
Congratulations Uncle Pat & Auntie Glenda!!

Baking with Mom
The kids love to bake with mom whenever they can!
Baking with Mom is fun!
One evening the kids wanted to make some cookies with Mom. So I decided I would put their cooking sets they got for Christmas to good use. (Yes I know, 7 months later).
Grandma Bixler made the girls and me matching aprons, which we wore to bake. I think we need to ask Grandma for the apron pattern so that we can make Luke an apron too. :)
They kids had great fun measuring out the ingredients. Luke read to us what we needed and Isabel told us which cup or spoon we needed. The set we have is color coordinated to help those little bakers.
We made no bake cookies that we placed the mix inside ice cream cones and ate. They were actually really good! Messy, but good. ;)
